Adelaide, Sep 28 (IANS) Occupants of a humble community in the province of South Australia (SA) were on Wednesday cautioned of flooding danger from a weak dam.

The State Crisis Administration (SES) gave a crisis cautioning that a dam on cultivating land near the municipality of Echunga is in danger of falling, reports Xinhua news organization.

Neighborhood occupants have been asked to get ready for flooding and to move to the Echunga Football Club if conceivable.

A few streets into the town around 34 km southeast of Adelaide, capital city of SA, have been shut as SES individuals keep on attempting to forestall a breakdown.

David O’Shannessy, SES State Obligation Official, said the dam, found under 500 meters upstream from the town of Echunga, holds around 10 megalitres of water.
